What is the typical lead time for custom size & color available display orders?
Most of our custom display orders ship within 10 to 15 business days, depending on order volume and how complex the customizations are. If you only need a minor size adjustment (like trimming 2 inches off the height of a standard display rack) and a standard color, we can often get that out the door in 7 business days. We always share a clear timeline with you before you place your order, so there are no surprise delays.
Are there any hidden costs for choosing custom size & color available display products?
I hate to break it to you, but a lot of manufacturers will nickel and dime you for customizations. They’ll charge you a “custom setup fee”, a “color matching fee”, a “size adjustment fee” on top of the base product cost. At kndisplay, we don’t do that.
